Three Ways to Shop POPS4.
Each buying lane works differently. Pick yours below — browse the right catalog, follow the right workflow, get the right result. Fast.
Three Ways to Buy. One Concierge Team.
Promo, apparel, and packaging each have a distinct buying workflow. Follow yours from start to finish.
Order Direct
Pens, drinkware, bags, tech accessories, koozies, lanyards, corporate gifts, desk items, event giveaways. Browse the full ESP catalog, preview with your logo in Virtual Studio, and order — all in one place.
Then Preview & Order.
Custom hoodies, polos, tees, jackets, uniforms, vests, headwear, workwear. This lane works differently than promo — you choose the garment first, then find it in the ESP shop to preview your brand and confirm pricing before ordering.
Brief Us First.
Rigid boxes, magnetic closures, foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, soft-touch lamination, custom dies. Luxury packaging and custom print programs don't live in a catalog — they start with a brief. This lane is concierge from the first contact.
What You Need to Know Before You Order.
Promo products — pens, drinkware, bags, tech items — are selected from a catalog, previewed with your logo, and ordered with a set imprint area. The workflow is self-serve with concierge backup.
Apparel is different. Garment fit, fabric weight, shrinkage, and decoration method (screen print, embroidery, heat transfer) all affect the final result. You must know the use case before selecting a garment — uniform programs and event tees have completely different requirements. Always select the garment before selecting the decoration.
Pricing at POPS4 is wholesale-structured — larger quantities unlock lower per-unit pricing. Most items have visible pricing tiers in the ESP catalog.
| Category | Typical MOQ | Pricing |
|---|---|---|
| Promo items | 12–100 units | Visible online |
| Apparel | 12–24 pieces | By garment + deco method |
| Custom packaging | 250–500 units | Quoted by specs |
| Luxury programs | 100–250 units | Concierge quote |
| Elegant finishes | 250+ units | Quoted by finish combo |
No consultation fee. Submit a quote request with your target quantity and we confirm feasibility and pricing without obligation.
Plan your timeline from in-hands date — not order date. Always build in 5–7 business days before your actual use date for inspection, staging, and distribution.
| Category | Standard | Rush Available |
|---|---|---|
| Promo products | 5–10 biz days | Yes, 2–5 days |
| Apparel | 7–14 biz days | Yes, limited |
| Custom packaging | 10–20 biz days | Ask us |
| Luxury programs | 15–25 biz days | Ask us |
| Secure media | Project-specific | Project-specific |
Rush charges apply. Made in USA items are often the fastest path when the calendar is tight. Always confirm lead time at the time of quoting.
Your Promo Budget,
Always Ready.
Two ways to keep funds on account so your team can order without delays, approvals, or per-order friction.
Load It Once.
Order Whenever.
The POPS4 Club Card is a prepaid spending account for your promotional products, apparel, and packaging budgets. Load funds onto your card, keep your balance on account, and place orders any time — no per-order approvals, no credit card friction, no chasing reimbursements.
For corporate teams, marketing departments, agencies managing client budgets, and businesses that order regularly — the Club Card turns POPS4 into a standing resource, not a one-off vendor.
Prefer a corporate account instead? Our Net Terms Account option works the same way — order now, settle at end of month or on agreed terms. Both options are managed through your personal concierge.
